We lose a LOT when we are diagnosed with

With hot flushes

With weirded out hormones

Aches and pains like we've never had before

Feeling much older than our years

Brain fog

Fatigue

And a real fear that the cancer is going to come back again

We often don't talk about it because it feels like no one wants to listen anymore

And let's face it, there's a part of you that's kinda sick of this thing

still being so controlling of your life.

You want to find a way back to you.

(And you want to find a way to feel heard and understood)

Many well-meaning medical people who we meet along our cancer treatment journey like to tell us to

"give it time"

Or

"this happens to some people"

Or

do more exercise

Or

rest more

Our well-meaning family and friends make comments like

But you're cancer free now

Or

At least you didn't die

Or

Have you tried yoga?

You're frustrated, you're tired and you confused.

But you don't have to sit in the fog of confusion anymore,

You do however need to reconnect with those things inside of you,

that feed your soul

Hi we are

Jo Muiread and Kylie Warry

We are Mums, Wives, Sisters, Daughters, Aunty’s,

Rehabilitation Counsellors, Speakers, Trainers and Coaches

We are career loving mums who are also Breast cancer survivors

In 2013 Kylie was diagnosed with breast cancer

In 2020 Jo was diagnosed with bilateral breast cancer

We both needed a lot of aggressive treatment, and we both have ongoing effects from treatment

However, we both know without any doubt that we have the knowledge and skills to be able to cope with a hope and a vision for the future

Through learning how to activate our own factors for resilience, we have been able make sense of a post cancer life and take back control

And in taking back control we have been able to create the type of life we want to live, not just existing from day to day hoping things might magically get better

We bring together our lived experience together along with our professional experience to provide this no fuss, non exercise, non diet approach to help you activate your own resilience

...our life doesn't end the minute we get that diagnosis.
